青岛啤酒“啤酒生物发酵工程”国家重点实验室通过验收

最近,依托青岛啤酒股份有限公司建设的“啤酒生物发酵工程”国家重点实验室正式通过科技部建设验收。
Recently, based on Qingdao beer co., LTD. "beer fermentation engineering" to the construction of state key laboratory of formal acceptance by ministry of science and technology building.

该实验室是生物发酵领域唯一一家国家重点实验室。二零一零年受批开始建设。3年来,实验室紧密围绕现代啤酒工业发展的重大需求,以提高啤酒生物发酵行业核心竞争力为目标,以啤酒产业技术升级、产业结构调整的重大问题为主要研究对象,在酵母菌种改造和性能优化、风味调控技术、酿造关键技术等3个方向上开展前沿、共性、重大关键技术的研究,引领了整个发酵行业的发展。
The lab is only a state key laboratory of biological fermentation field. Approved in 2010 started construction. For 3 years, focusing on the needs of modern development of beer industry major laboratory, in order to improve the beer fermentation industry core competitiveness as the goal, with beer industry technology upgrade, the major problems of industrial structure adjustment as the main research object, in yeast and performance optimization of regulation technology, brewing flavor, key technology and so on three directions in front, commonality, major key technology research, guide the whole fermentation industry development.

获悉,下一步,实验室将通过硬件吸引人才,探讨无形资产转让,配套机制和体制按照市场化运作规律,吸引全球啤酒发酵行业的高端人才,共同把中国啤酒行业研发工作做好做强,让其成为全世界知名的重点实验室。
